Richard is totally awesome ! I have bought 2 cars (Audi and BMW) from RVC in the past 6 months - I was so impressed with the comms and advice from Richard who made the sale/purchase of the cars the most straight forward I have experienced compared with main dealerships. I was reluctant to buy through AutoTrader from a trader at the other end of the country, however I'm delighted I did. Richard was honest and insisted the tracking of my car was checked and rectified on the morning when I picked it up because he felt it was slightly out of alignment - how conscientious is that !
Richard even added an original fitted plastic BMW load liner as he knew I would be using the car for the dog ! incredible !

This is the second car we have bought from Richard in the past 6 months who made buying the cars from a distance straightforward - all the car photos were accurate and Richard replied straight away with any emailed questions we had. I was so impressed with the first car (Audio A3) for my son that I also bought a BMW from Richard when I was changing my car. On the day of purchase Richard collected me from the station and offered a test drive - the cars have been thoroughly valeted and looked like new. Richard went the extra mile by fitting new tyres where needed and even had the tracking realigned while I was there because he felt the steering wheel looked a bit out of line and wanted it to be right (not many car dealers I have dealt with would be as conscientious to address the little things) - Richard even put a plastic BMW load liner in the car as he knew I would be using the car for transporting the dog - how awesome is that !

Japanese imported BMW E91 325i
First time in 11 years I was looking to move away from financing high end Audi’s and fancied an older BMW with less technology. Stumbled across a pre LCI E91 that had recently been imported from Japan. Although very cautious at first as not only was I buying a much older car than I was used to, it was also 190 miles away so not around the corner of anything was wrong. Richard was friendly and kept me up to date with things up to and after collecting the vehicle and even ordered and shipped a new battery due to a battery issue a few days after picking up the car, apart from things you would expect on a 17 year old BMW (even with very low miles for its age (39,600)) the vehicle was as described, highly equipped for its age and Richard was a pleasure to deal with.
